The Chopra Center for Wellbeing Commitment Policy:

Guests have 36 hours from the time of payment to cancel and receive a full refund; after 36 hours from time of payment, there are no refunds for any Chopra Center Program, Seminar, Retreat, or Workshop. In the event that a guest must cancel after 36 hours from the time of payment, the dollar amount of the paid tuition can be credited towards any future Chopra Center event(s).

After 36 hours from the time of payment, guests may cancel their registration for a specific event. Upon cancellation, guests will have 10 days to decide on dates for a future event. If a guest is unable to decide within 10 days, he or she will be issued a Chopra Center certificate equal in value to the dollar amount paid for the event. The certificate can be used towards any Chopra Center for Wellbeing Event, Program, Workshop, or Retreat, or for any spa service at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carlsbad, California.

Registrations made within 7 days of the event start date are non-refundable. In the event that a guest must cancel, all payments can be credited towards future Chopra Center events. Guests who cancel within 24 hours of the start of any Chopra Center event will incur a $100 no-show cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card used at the time of registration.
